As Founder of Inspirit Entertainment, she delivers global partnerships and campaigns for leading brands including LIV Golf, Paramount and Sky Sports - supported by a growing team bringing together deep expertise across entertainment, sport, media and culture.
Previously, Melanie led global brand experience for Madame Tussauds at Merlin Entertainments, overseeing strategy across 23 international locations - driving record performance through IP partnerships and immersive experiences.
At Sky, she shaped the Sky VIP film and entertainment strategy, creating millions of customer interactions through innovative, talent-led campaigns. Earlier in her career at News UK, she led major sponsorships including The Times BFI London Film Festival and Goodwood Festival of Speed.
